18WO23 Feature 1Large burial pit with pockets of ashy soil containing cremated bone, red ochre, flakes, sherds and copper beads. Feature 1 also contained Burials 2 and 3. Burial 2 was an in-flesh burial of a juvenile. Burial 3 was a pocket of cremated bones. Sub-features 1a & 1b were given to two pieces of bone found just south of Burial 3. 18WO23 Feature 6Large, bowl-shaped burial pit containing dark, ashy soil, sherds, cremated bones (Burial 1) and an in-flesh burial (Burial 4). A dark stain passing through Feature 6 was interpreted as possible recent disturbance and was designated 6a. Subfeature 6b denotes a copper cup found within Burial 4. Artifact count unknown. 18WO23 Feature 7/7aLarge, oval-shaped orange stain east of Feature 6. Within Feature 7 were six postmolds, laid out in a shallow arc. A seventh post mold was outside the orange stain. All of the postmolds were designated 7a. Artifact count unknown.
